Monsoon - By Shaurya - Guest writer for August 🪸

In the embrace of the monsoon, nature orchestrates a symphony of resplendent beauty. As the clouds roll in and first rumblings of thunder announce its arrival, an ethereal excitement fills the air, and the parched earth quivers with anticipation. Finally, after a year of waiting patiently, the clouds give way, and the rain falls. The earth is rehydrated. The plants and trees become alive. The air is filled with the sounds of birdsongs, and the petrichor is intoxicating. The pitter-patter of the rain revitalises our soul. In India, the monsoon is a time of great excitement. Children splash in the puddles and make paper boats, while adults gather to gossip and share stories. The farmers plant their crops, and the fields are soon covered in a lush green carpet of crops. The rivers swell with water, and the canals are filled to capacity. The monsoon is a time of hope and renewal. It is a time when the world is reborn, and the future looks bright!
