I've heard them say I love you so much, I’d die for you But can I say something else? In your vicinity, I discover new versions of myself I now notice the little things and the divine in the details I’d overlooked before I now act with purpose I go home to find the pages of my old narrative all torn I now take a moment to smell the wet grass and smile at strangers as we pass I've been meditating All this warmth you radiate, slowly has my ice breaking I now cycle to let go of all that bothers me I've been sleeping well I'm the lock that guards the doors to happiness And you're the matching key I’d now take the leap of faith in a heartbeat, I said I've been taking more risks I'm ready to let myself jump into the abyss (and discover its a feather bed) I've heard them say I love you so much, I’d die for you But can I say something else?
